Their employment contract says your overtime is banked but you will never see any of it, this company needs to be closed down and investigated for what it is doing to their employees. and final paychecks are difficult if not impossible to get unless you go to the labour board. Although their managers are pretty decent the company is run by their accountant and he pays what he feels employees are worth, their account has no training in H.R., labour standards and throws everybody under the bus to deflect blame, if you leave the company he will do everything in his power to screw you and doesn't issue records of employment until he gets threatened by E.I. If you have bills coming out be prepared to pay overdrafts and NSF charges because he doesn't care. The owner repeatedly misses the paydays and they are supposed to be direct deposit. It's time to change our labour laws for companies such as this. Stay far away form this company and save yourself the heartaches and NSF charges that your going to get dinged with if your expecting your paycheck on time. Their ops manager is a bully and if you don't agree to work your fired. The owner is too busy pinching pennies and making interest off of your wages to release your paycheck on time and is absent 95% of the time. department or training, are always late with paychecks and don't care even though they have direct deposit. They expect you to work for free, don't give raises and treat you as a second class citizen. They promise the world and give you nothing. Having worked for some great companies in my time I can honestly say this is the worst one I have ever worked for.
